A slugline is the scene heading from the script: INT. KITCHEN – NIGHT. It should stay on the storyboard footer so frames never orphan from the script.

A **slugline** (scene heading) is the script line `INT. KITCHEN – NIGHT` or `EXT. PIER – DAWN`. Import it with the script and keep it on the frame footer. Orphan frames (“that kitchen one”) are how takes get shot in the wrong location.
