Content Policy

Who owns the work

Scripts, frames, elements and shot lists you create stay yours. Keeping an active plan simply gives you the tools and hosting to work on them; exports are unrestricted for commercial use.

Acceptable use

Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, targeted harassment, or that infringes someone else's copyright or likeness rights. Accounts that do lose access without refund.

AI-generated frames

Frames produced from your prompts are delivered as-is. You are responsible for checking that the result is suitable for your production and clear of third-party marks, logos and recognisable faces before you publish it.

Uploaded references

Only upload references you have the right to use. We store them privately for your project and never publish them; you can delete them at any time from the element library.

Sharing and review links

Share links you create are unlisted but anyone holding the link can view the board. Revoke a link from the project settings when a review round is over.

Takedown requests

If you believe content hosted on CineoBoard infringes your rights, write to support@cineoboard.com with the link and a description of the claim. We review every report and respond within 5 working days.
