Board — informal for storyboard. On some productions “the board” also means the day’s schedule. Ask.

Element — a reusable character, location, prop or pack shot. Lock it once so frame 3 matches frame 47.

Local-first — the app writes and plays the board on your machine, then syncs. Reframe.

Review link — a URL a client can open, comment, and approve without an account. How to run a round.

Shot code — scene plus letter (12-A). Identity, not playback order. Numbering.

Take — a camera attempt. Not a board field. Do not number takes on the storyboard.
