Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your CineoBoard subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a month.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your first payment or an upgrade charge and we will refund 100% of that payment. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at the price of 10 monthly payments. If you cancel within 14 days of starting an annual plan, you can request a full refund. After 14 days, the annual fee is non-refundable and the plan continues until the end of the year.
Downgrades
Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate or refund the difference when you downgrade after the 14-day window.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse, fraud, or a violation of our Terms of Service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
How to request a refund
Email support@cineoboard.com from the address associated with your account, include your invoice number, and tell us why you are requesting a refund. We aim to process every request within 5 working days.
