Animation storyboards are closer to editing than to live-action coverage. You still need beats, keys, and an animatic (leica reel) before layout. You rarely need a 180-degree line in the same way — you need character consistency and time.
Save characters as elements. Do not regenerate the lead on every panel. What generators get wrong.
