Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CineoBoard (cineoboard.com), including our website, editor, AI generation features and any related services. By creating an account or using CineoBoard, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and security
You must provide a valid email address to use CineoBoard. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown in USD, billed monthly or annually, and do not include taxes or duties. Annual plans are billed for 12 months at the equivalent of 10 monthly payments. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide until you cancel.
Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Your content
Scripts, storyboards, shot lists, elements and any other material you create or upload remain your property. We need your permission to host, process and display that content solely to run the service for you and your invited collaborators.
Acceptable use
You may not use CineoBoard to create, store or share illegal content, content that exploits minors, malware, spam, or material that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
Intellectual property
CineoBoard's name, logo, interface designs and underlying software are owned by us and our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service during your subscription. You may not reverse engineer, scrape or resell access to the platform.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access paid features ends and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy. Sections that reasonably survive termination remain in effect.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CineoBoard is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the product. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
