A storyboard is a sequence of stills in story order, each carrying enough camera data to shoot from: size, often lens and movement, duration, audio, notes. It is a production document. If it cannot become a shot list, it is a moodboard.

Picture plus footer. Picture without footer is art. Footer without picture is a list. You need both. Template.
