Export a storyboard PDF in five steps

Prepare a PDF people can actually read
Use fewer cells per page when captions are long. Keep titles short enough to scan. Put action in the caption instead of shrinking important text inside the image. For a shooting board, mark shot size on every cell before export. On a phone, landscape mode gives you more room to inspect object placement; the exported page itself is generated at export resolution.
If the reader will print the file, check it at 100 percent and confirm that the final page is not nearly empty because of an accidental extra cell. If you need a paper-specific layout, use Creator’s Print dialog and choose the page format there.
Share link or PDF attachment?
A PDF freezes one version, which is useful for approval or a shoot packet. A read-only link reflects the currently shared cloud board. Use a link during review, then export a PDF once the sequence is locked. Creator share links do not grant editing access.
